My name is Alexander Good. I currently work at Kimmel-Bogrette Architecture+Site as an Architectural Designer and Day-To-Day IT Manager. I graduated from Jefferson University (Formerly Philadelphia University) obtaining a B. Arch degree. I have finished all of my AXP hours and am currently studying for my licensure tests in order to reach my goal of becoming a fully licensed Architect. With my five years of professional education and multiple years of experience in the field, I will bring several areas of expertise to any firm.
The vast array of classes at Jefferson University (Formerly Philadelphia University) have provided experience in several different areas of architecture. I have experience with different building systems and sustainability techniques, as well as extensive experience with a broad range of design and management software including AutoCad, Adobe Suite, Flow Design, Google Sketchup, Rhinoceros 5, Grasshopper, V-Ray, 3DS Max, TwinMotion, ArchiCAD and Revit.
In addition to my major, I also completed a minor in Photography. Photography is a hobby that I have been pursuing for over 8 years. Within my site you will find a variety of pictures I have taken throughout different experiences. In addition to those experiences, I have furthered my knowledge by taking a variety of photography classes which include History of Photography, Black & White Film Photography, Photography as Communication, and Digital Photography.
Since working at Kimmel-Bogrette I have worked on a variety of projects including but not limited to: Senior Living, Higher Education, Country Club, and many more. I have assisted in all phases of design especially during Construction Admin phases. Primarily helped during CA with the Senior Living projects which were multi-story multi-function. While also tending to my architectural responsibilities, I also serve as the Day-To-Day IT Manager. I help with new computer start up, software issues, hardware issues, and furthering our use of technology in the office by exploring new methods and practices in our field.
